Come and view the Wet Mountain Valley from a totally
different, and very Western perspective! Our awesome team of Percheron
Draft Horses, Jim and Joe, who will be working very hard for you, pulling a
true reproduction of an 1800's Covered Wagon, have been in the business for over
7 years and their drivers, for over 23! Ride with confidence and enjoy the
outstanding views with us!
We will be offering rides in Westcliffe, Colorado most every weekend during the Summer so be sure to click on our "Calendar of Events" link to view our schedule.. Scheduled departure times will be announced on our sign that will be posted on Main Street. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance for purchasing your tickets and boarding. Rides are only $8. per adult; $6. Kids; 5-under ride FREE! The little ones must be accompanied by an adult. Each tour runs approximately 15-20 minutes and is a fun and unique way to experience history and view the fantastic scenery that the Wet Mountain Valley has to offer. For every ticket purchased, one dollar will go to one local, per weekend, chosen by draw, Emergency Services group, Public Services group, Educational and/or a Non-Profit Organization, such as, but not limited to, Family Crisis Services, Inc., West Custer County Library, Valley Park & Recreation Youth Center, Inc., Wet Mountain Valley Rotary Club, Mission Wolf, Custer County Medical Center, and so forth. All tickets are sold curbside on a first come, first served basis so keep your eye out for our team and wagon! Thank you in advance for your support.
